The controlling shareholder is Hunan Xiangtou Jintian Technology Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan Energy Group Co., Ltd. Jintian Titanium Industry is located in Changde Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a registered capital of 462.5 million yuan and an area of 450 acres. The main products are titanium and titanium alloy bars, forging billets and parts, etc., which are mainly used in aviation, aerospace, ships and other high-end equipment fields.
